Dr. Terri Alford is the most rude and condescending physician I have ever seen. I am afraid to return to her office for a follow up because I consider her unstable, unhappy, irritable, argumentative, and totally lacking compassion and people skills.

This doctor is condescending, rude, and impatient. She cares about getting the most people in with the least time spent. Her attitude is that she cannot be bothered by your problems. She wants easy patients that she can refill their prescriptions and send them out the door. She is immature and unseasoned. Find an older more knowledgeable doctor.

Desk staff and nurses are great, and first few visits went well. However, I started to feel like I was irritating her as I have several chronic health issues that apparently she does not have the patience for. She blamed all new health issues on my chronic problems so some new illnesses went undiagnosed until they became severe. Her nurse practitioner is very kind and a better listener but misdiagnosed me on multiple visits, and I ended up in the ER. They will prescribe steroids and antibiotics for even the tiniest sniffle, but do not expect pain or cough medicine unless you are dying, not even naproxen. I intend to switch doctors again as soon as I find a new one.
