She was late getting into the room. But made it a point to tell me that she had only 15 minutes. What on earth is going on with these doctors? OMG!

Office staff is rude and pushy and care nothing about patients. Wait time is longer than normal and one should be ready for wait. Doctor is always late for appointment and not very thorough in explaining procedures. Very disappointed in staff and doctor

Waited 4 hours, Staff is mean and rude. Dr. Nall came in the room for 4 mins, I was not happy waiting 4 hours and she proceeded to tell me I had an anger management problem and I was bipolar. This is the first time I ever came into that office. She didn't run any test, so how could she call me bipolar just talking with me in 4 min. She was offended that I was upset for waiting 4 hours. BEWARE. My entire family was going to this practice and it just kept getting worse and worse. The entire staff is very unprofessional. My family will never go back to this office. Seriously, look up other reviews on this doctor. Don't take my word for it.

We were looking for a new family doctor for a family of six, so a good doctor and doctors office that was professional in patient care is essential for us. We decided to give Dr. Nall a chance. We called and easily scheduled an appointment for my wife and myself at 10am and 10:30am respectively, since we were new patients we talked to the receptionist over the phone while setting this up and we went ahead and got all of the new patient forms off the web site and filled them out at home prior to our visit to make everything smooth and timely. Day of we showed up at the time for the appointment as scheduled, turned in our pre-filled out paperwork and gave them copies of our DL and Insurance cards. Then the wait started. In all fairness we never actually got to see Dr. Nall, but her staff was unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. Our story in short, after waiting an hour in the reception room, we went to the front window and asked why it was taking so long. Apparently the office had changed our appointments to more than an hour and a half later than we set them up, with no personal call from a office staff Member to notify us or ask us if the later appointments would be OK, they would not as they would make us late for other appointments dealing with our 7 year old twins. In fact they didn't even tell us it had been changed once we arrived at our agreed on time of 10. At this time we asked them if we could cancel our appointments, as we did not have any more time to wait around hoping to be seen. I also asked to speak to the office manager and to have all of our paperwork we had provided, with personal info, Social Security numbers, DL numbers. etc... on them, to be given back to them. Another 15 minutes later the office manager came up and immediately blamed me and my wife, saying it was our fault as we should have received a call from their automated appointment reminder system that would have given us the changed times. I felt this was a bad system, as appointments are made during their office hours and in conjunction with us to fit our schedule during their open slots, so changing us at their leisure and not verifying it was OK with us was unacceptable. Then she became aggressive and physically had a tug of war over handing us back our own paperwork and personal information we brought with us to the office. She was trying to force us to stay and saying they would get us back as soon as possible, after we had already been there an hour and twenty five minutes waiting. This was the worst doctors office visit I have ever experienced.
