Staff primarily but also doctor didn't take my care seriously, laughed at my notes

Humana Medicare Advantage HMO provider, so I paid $0.00. She was very attentive and careful of the patient's feelings, paid attention, and thought carefully before prescribing a medication. The medication was effective. She asked for the patient to phone and provide a status report, and made arrangements for re-visits to check the problem. I was new to the area and knew no physicians or their reputations, but got lucky with this one and will use her as my primary. The receptionist is very cheery and nice, as is the nurse. You don't have to linger in the waiting room for long at all.
