I have left Dr. Reynolds for two very basic reasons. First, she misdiagnosed me twice, which led to a far more serious consequence than if she had taken the time to actually speak to me about my symptoms. Once might be a mistake, twice is just not good medicine. Second, she has significant mood swings. One visit she might be very pleasant, and the next time she borders on nasty, and certainly comes across as uncaring. Frankly, the only impression I have gotten from her is if you sit and say nothing and listen to her pontificate she feels important. If you ask her. any question she gets annoyed. If you actually are seeing medical care, go elsewhere. She just doesn't deliver.

I have been a patient at Vienna Family Medicine for over 15 years and Dr Reynolds is by far my favorite doctor in that practice (though, they are all top notch!) She is professional, kind, caring and completely knowledgeable. We take our 4 children to see her as well and they love seeing her even when it's time to get shots. I trust her and the doctors, nurses and staff completely - which is exactly how you should feel when you see your doctor!!

We like and trust Dr. Reynolds. She's been our doctor for over ten years; delivered one of our children; and seen us through countless kid (and adult) illnesses. She knows her medicine, can navigate the system, takes time to listen and understand our concerns, and has a warm and professional demeanor. We having her as our doctor.

I went into Dr. Reynolds twice with a bad cold/cough that lasted 6 weeks. She told me it was a virus and she couldn't do anything for me. I continued to have a miserable cough and wanted a second opinion. I went to a different doctor and was diagnosed with a "whooping cough". I was given an antibiotic, inhaler and some medicine to help me sleep at night since I haven't slept in weeks. I was only on the medicine for 2 days and already felt a huge improvement. I would NOT reccomend Dr. Louise Reynolds to anyone!!!

Dr. Reynolds takes the time to listen and understand your problems. She also takes good notes and studies your previous visits so she is knowledgeable up to the point of your last visit. I feel she knows me and my issues intimitely and I'm not just another customer to deal with.

Very thorough and helpful. I've been seeing her for a number of years now. The practice is very busy, but she's always been forthcoming with good referrals and has always been willing to take the time to puzzle out a tough problem or to say "I don't know" and refer me outside the practice when needed. Extremely pleasant, kind, and friendly. Highly recommended.
