Horrible nasty staff, gave me false results for my test by mistake.

This is my very first appointment with this doctor, I went in for chronic pain I was having in my stomach. The Lady at the front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. I never got a chance to see this doctor and I will tell you why….I showed up for my appointment on time, after waiting for 10 minutes I walked up to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork or anything and the lady just told me to hold on and walked away. In a very non professional way she told me she came back to ask for my name and then she told me she had canceled my appointment. This was news to me because I never received a phone call or anything that it was cancelled. So I basically took work off for the day to go to this appointment that was 30 minutes away from where I live only to be told that it was cancelled. Thanks for the heads-up. A phone call would have been nice.

Would not recommend this doctor at all. I went because I had pains and found out I had gallstones. When I went to see her to follow up she told me I can get my gallbladder removed but it would be considered an elective surgery...REALLY??? My pain is elective. Then she said she couldn't refer me unles I took other tests. Of course when I found out my insurance when even pay for the surgery I called the doctor up to say I couldn't understand why it's an elective surgery when I'm living with pain everyday. I told the receptionist I would not be taking any other tests because there was no point since I can't even get the surgery. Never received a call back to offer pain medicine or Anything!!!! Don't go waste of time

First thing, staff(Emily) was courteous and very professional. Dr Ariza was very thorough in her history and examination. She explains all factors, diiferentials and management very well. I am an MD too and for the first time, after seeing several MDs here in the US, i was not disappointed nor frustrated. I have found a genuine, knowledgeable, professional MD. I commend Dr. Ariza
