Incredible unprofessional and unethical physician. I cannot believe the experience I had and would NEVER recommend anyone see her or go to her practice with New England Neurological. I asked for an MRI to have contrast when she ordered one without and instead of talking to me about my request for my own health I was advocating for, she cancelled my MRI order, my follow up appointment, and terminated me as a patient telling me to find a new neurologist. The office staff is also incredibly rude and difficult to get a hold of.

Dr. Min Zhu was performing an LP on me at Beth Israel Deacones Medical Center EMG Unit. During the procedure and I quote she said I have never seen anything like this; I don't know what to do; I need to get help. She did not know how to use phone; she saw no one in hallway. Turns back to me and says needle is still in spine you must lie very still and she left me alone...needle in spine. for more details 508-783-0454 or e-mail shutters@comcast
