Doesn't spend much time with the patient, rather he refers them to his PA. Likewise, she also doesn't spend much time with the patient as she passes them off to her nurses. Very disappointed!

If you have an elderly family member do not take him to Dr. Fountain. He made the wrong call with my father. After surgery, he told the nurses to leave the catheter in. He never consulted with family. If he did we would have told him how active and productive my father was before he fell. He should have taken out the catheter. My father’s quality of life is greatly diminished now because Dr. Fountain made the wrong call! He may be a nice person and knowledgeable but he doesn’t know geriatric patients.

Dr. Fountains Staff is condescending and incompetent in every way!
When bring it to Dr. Fountains attention to make him aware of this problem, he took the position that i used profanity with his office staff, which in no shape or form did this happened. As for an urologist, i felt his skills were moderate and reading Blood labs is not his strength. After our last conversation it looks like the tail wags the dog, he has lost complete control over his office staff, and I would avoid this provider at all cost!

Was left waiting for an hour and 15 minutes in the exam room without being seen by him. Left as exasperated.. Overbooks obviously with no concern for patients
