Had a wonderful experience with this excellent team. From Dr. Mahgerefteh to the support staff, this is the BEST dental experience I have ever had. Kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair pricing.

I had a very bad experience at this office. My husband and I went there because she is close to where we live and has very good reviews but I honestly don't know how she got the reviews.

The office is old and dirty and doesn't even have proper equipment or plumbing. She actually has a plastic kitchen funnel for you spit in and not even a sink! This dentist also uses old film xrays not digital imaging – I have only seen these in very poor countries and did not expect to find this in Beverly Hills.

She also made us very uncomfortable with bad personal remarks. My husband is very very tanned and has darker skin and she said things about our difference that was not at all professional. We thought that we were going to someone within our own community but this was clearly not the case. She also became very rude when we asked her not to make those comments and started yelling that "she was the doctor and it was her office and we had to listen to her." I was very shocked to find this in this country.

Additionally, she barely touched our teeth for cleaning and kept wanting more money to give us anesthetic. This is almost unbelievable but see the office for yourself. My advice would be to not give your insurance or pay until you have seen the rooms.
