Dr. Goltyapina has stopped responding to phones calls and emails for the past 2 months. No one is at her office either, and her patients have not received any updates

Nice office, really comfortable environment. Staff were pleasant and Dr. Goltyapina was very knowledgable and professional.
I would recommend this office to anyone.

Wow. I have never experienced such carelessness and ineptitude from any doctor's office in my entire life. It's unfortunate because Dr. G is very knowledgeable, but she should absolutely not rely on her OFFICE EMPLOYEES to handle patient results.

The first time I went in for a yeast infection on August, it took 20 days for my results to return. I tried calling, left multiple voicemails, no response. 20 days later I get a response and they prescribed me my meds. That means I didn't have treatment for 20 days.

I went in again a few months later (Oct 30) with the same symptoms. This time it took FOUR WEEKS. They called me TODAY (November 27). When I spoke with them about what was going on, they said "Oh, your results actually came back on November 5." I said, "Wow, okay. Could you please explain to me then, why it took 22 DAYS FOR YOU TO CALL ME AND INFORM ME." She said "Oh, I was out for two weeks, so it's not my fault." I am just now getting prescribed a medication that I needed ONE MONTH AGO.

Now my symptoms are gone, so it could have cleared up and I could be taking meds for no reason. The worst part is, they won't call you at all if you test negative. So this whole month I thought everything was fine, then I get a call with a prescription a month later?!?? This is absolute garbage. If this had been a serious condition, my health could have significantly deteriorated by now. I wish there were a way I could contact Dr. G herself to let her know of this absolutely terrible patient care. I hope she reads this review. I will NEVER come back to this office again. Absolutely not to be trusted.

One of the best GYNS. Dr. Goltyapina always devotes time to make sure your understand everything right. Glad I got in at the right time!

I think the office is very well run and efficient. The receptionist makes you feel very comfortable and answered a lot of my questions regarding insurance. I would like to schedule another appointment but can't seem to get in touch. My experience was excellent and I will probably just stop by the office. recommended.

Staff is great! Doctor is professional and very nice! The doctor explained things in a way that was easy to understand and detailed. Not a long time to be seen!
