Dr Finn is the kind of doctor that i always wanted to see, he has time for his patients which most of the doctors lag these days.. even though he wan’t my PCP i went to him once as appointment is only available with him and he gas taken care of my problem so well that he called up my gynacologist to talk about my problem and he did a follow up by himself on that and i was totally in awe of him for that.. doctors wont do this even for their own patient.

My cat gets better care... read on...The women at the front desk have no clue about HIPA - they talk (loudly) that is when not on a personal call - the speak of full names and situations and diagnosis - they are so fake - sickly sweet when docs are in the area. Dr Finn is different now - doesnt care about patients and the wait is still ridiculous. I cant believe that after I followed him to his own business he pushes me onto Dr Desai. when I go to see him or want a call back; he hands it back to Desai. I chose him as my physician. hes always running one hr plus behind; yet he advertises that he takes new patients. he cant handle what he has. Hes gotten sloppy. Too many problems - not worth the time. As i said, my cat gets better service. after a sick visit the vet called me the next day to see how the cat was - I was in hospital for 8 days - he never called to check in or anything

He has been my GP for maybe 20 years. Recently he left Needham Family Practice and opened his own practice in Wellesley, Ma. (Now Needham/Wellesley Family Practice I think. He is a very good diagnostician, very knowledgable. He is always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Over many appointments I have been kept waiting longer than I would like a couple times, but I think those delays were unavoidable. His staff has taken care of all the necessary paperwork and referrals in a timely manner. Overall I would give him an 8 1/2 out of 10. I do have insurance and have never had to pay more than the co-pay or deductible. Is he perfect? No, one time he seemed awfully tired during my appointment, and another time I was looking for a quit smoking prescription and did not get it, but I did successfully quit smoking using the patch on his advice, almost 12 years quit now :=)
