Dr. Syed is a great caring surgeon who gives you what you need. He explains things in terms I understand and takes the time. He works at a pace I can't comprehend and is results oriented. His analysis is always accurate and factual. Sometimes he tells me things that may seem tough but that's the way it needs to be said for me to understand, take it like you take medicine it'll make you feel better. Thanks doc for your help and I recommend Dr. Syed.

The staff is excellent and a referral to another surgeon in his office was very pleasant. After three appointments, spinal injection, one month of pt. We are no where. Transferring to the other surgeon in the office, as we agree with his recommendation which was the complete opposite of Dr. Syed's. Syed does not listen to his patients. Never asked what my job entailed, never touched my leg to see the numbness and atrophy that all other doctors and even his medical students took the time to do, and noted. No contact, no concern. Might be a great surgeon but should have limited interaction with patients. If there was a negative rating for beside manner and listening to the patient I would assign it.
