I was a patient of hers and she ruined my mouth and ended up throwing away about $25,000 of dental and orthodontics work. Never finished my treatment and refused to give me a retainers after my braces came off. I had asked for them multiple times and according to her " I was stable and didn't need them". Well guess what i am having the same problems before I went to her. My advice do not go to her for any treatment.

Dr Garza is a great orthodontist! She is great with my kids and very knowledgeable, you can tell she loves what she does. We went to 4 different orthodontists before we chose Dr Garza, she is amazing!

Her front desk staff is very welcoming and easily and quickly schedules needed appointments. Dr. Garza's bedside manner is great. However, what isn't great is that we wait for AT LEAST 30 minutes every single visit. A few times it's been 45 minutes. When you are finally seen the assistants do all of the work and Dr. Garza merely comes by to chat extensively about how a million other things will be needed to be done above and beyond what you have already paid for. My next child will not be going to her. We value her time....they should value ours and not be so caught up in the upsell and focus on clear and concise answers to the patients questions.

Dr. Garza is a very knowledgeable orthodontist who strives for perfection. She did amazing things for my daughters teeth. Although her wait times are longer than I would prefer, I believe she's giving each patient the time they warrant, which is hard to come by. And she has a great bedside manner.

I am thrilled with the care from Dr. Garza and her team. I went in with severe TMJ issues and the improvement has been miraculous. Dr. Garza has a personal history of jaw issues and failed surgeries and has a passion for helping others through these situations. I no longer have the headaches, jaw aches, neck aches, jaw popping (add in the laundry list of symptoms here). Her genuine interest in her patients shines, her staff is professional and courteous and her office and equipment is top notch. If you have TMJ make an appointment with her! If you are looking for braces for you or your kids - she practices methods that won’t cause TMJ.

First off Dr. Garza has been nothing but kind to us. She is very knowledgeable & has good bedside manner. However, the staff has the highest turnover I have ever seen in my life. I have gotten to know several of the staff & they all have been amazing & great at what they do. But you can see that they absolutely hate working for Dr. Garza. She micro-manages them & tends to be a little condescending when she speaks to them. I hate when I go in for an appointment & there are several new staff members. Makes me feel uneasy about the whole process. As a business owner, you always want to make your patients/customers feel welcome & at ease. And with such a high turnover, this is simply not possible to do. I hope Dr. Garza can get a handle on this, because I could see how this would turn off a lot of patients, new & old.

I think they always overbook. Every time we go in, there always seems to be a long wait. Yes, Dr. Garza was nice, but we ended up paying more than the quoted amount. It seems like we are always paying extra for something. It would be nice if they respected my time too, since we make a point of being there on time to our appointment, every time. It's hard not to get irritated when I'm sitting there, sometimes for nearly an hour, until we actually get seen. I couldn't wait until my daughter was done with her treatment. There are other options in Castle Rock. Have been taking my 2 other children to another orthodontist, and we like him much better. We drive a little farther, but so far, we haven't waited more than 5 minutes to get seen.

Incredibly high staff turn over. Open only M, T, Th and half of F. Extremely long wait times to be seen. The doctor lambastes her staff to the point that it is uncomfortable. I would venture to guess this explains the new faces each time. Overall it is a very uncomfortable environment for a steep price.

Unlike the previous person, our families experience was terrible. We started here when she was the only orthodontist in town--there are more options now. Never the same staff, always a long wait. Each child's braces cost more than estimated and more than the next. The fourth will not be going there.
