I set up the appointment and fill out the paperwork online in advance stating I have emblem health GHI. I arrive for my appointment to be told by the receptionist, who came in late, that they accept Emblem Heath but not GHI. Total waste of time so if you have GHI don’t bother coming here.

Jumps from room to room -you get your eyes examined in pieces. Told that she needs to check my eyes & take pictures but didn’t inform me it would be a charge of $39 until I went to pay my copay & charge for glasses rx. Receptionist started telling me the doctor doesn’t charge for thing that don’t need to be done. Told her I was not informed about the charge. Then I explained that last time I was quoted my copay fee & fee for rx for glasses & the doctor came out & told me the fee if higher cause of the measurement for the contacts she wanted me to have when I already informed her that I tried them numerous times & they don’t work. The receptionist gets nasty & tells me last time the doctor gave you a discount I see it here. First you was not here last time & it wasn’t a discount it was me correcting her for overcharging me for something SHE decided to do after me stating no.
Told her I may look young but I am not stupid or am taken advantage of.
LAST TIME I WELL EVER LET THIS DOCTOR TOUCH ME.

Just had the most thorough eye exam with Dr Roberts. She explained every step in detail and gave me much helpful advise about my eye condition and the type of lens I need. I found her to be very knowledgable and sincere.. I will definitely be back every year. Great service. Very satisfied.

The office staff is alright, although they always seems busy. Dr Robert's on the other hand is something else. She is always ruahing and pressuring you to buy contacts. That's her main goal to sell as many as she can. She is very dishonest with her prices of the visit and any other procedures. She tries to over charge people and the patients are not aware. Be careful when you do go and get an exam. She's also very rude and thinks she knows it all. Not a very likely able person. Would not return here again.

At first, I was generally impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The doctor is a different matter. She is not very helpful, a little bit rude responding to some fundamental questions, provided incorrect information about old and new prescriptions, appeared to be in a hurry finishing off the exam. Will never return for another consultation.
