Had an MRI done and sent to her at Family Physicians at Media. Called twice to review results and get assistance with next steps. Dr. Dees did not return my calls and did not share her assessment of the tests. Called back and got attitude from staff and office manager. Dr Dees left a message with the nurse and then left for the day. During my visit Dr Dees was dismissive of my pain and left the examination room without comment. I sat there for 20 before letting myself out, tracking her down, and getting my paperwork from her. The entire experience speaks to the steady decline of quality of service from the Family Physicians office. This used to be a patient centric organization, but now your just a number.
