Very frustrating to deal with the staff .you never talk to the same person .communicating is difficult

Dr, Shah is a very focus oriented, caring and experienced Nephrologist. Staff has greatly improved, I have been his patient for a long time and I feel very comfortable discussing my issues with him. I strongly recommend him.

Both offices of Premier are poorly run by incompetent staff. Cancelled appts., date changes, even not seeing the doctor but a PA. Website exists but has no info, plus staff does not enter any data. What a shame since Shah is an excellent doctor. Problem is getting past the staff.

When we encounter a physician that goes above what their duty calls, it is worth mentioning this to others. That's what I would say to describe the care under the attentive and patient hands of Dr. Shah. It is great to know that there do exists doctors who are not just trying to rush you out the door without a proper assessment and counsel. Thank you Dr. Shah for your patience, expertise and explaining my health issues in layman’s terms so I never leave a visit without any doubts or uncertainties of what is going on. In a world that is robotic and sometimes lacking compassion; you bring a sense of humanity in your care.
