This practice is the most un-caring rude and I got the impression they really don't care...The office and the so called office manager is so unprofessional and has a serious attitude problem.
I would not recommend this practice to anyone in the Troutman, NC area or surrounding area.

He is very caring and explains everything so that you understand what is going on. Dr. Patel and the PA, Jill both take the time to sit and talk with you. They don't rush through your appointment like most doctors. They actually remember who you are, which is VERY rare. In my experience most doctors only know you by your file. The staff is very nice and will do their best to fit you in the same day if needed. I am so happy and thankful I found such wonderful, caring doctors.
