Until his retirement in 2023, Dr. Otto was my dentist for over 25 years. He is a nice man and an excellent dentist. His replacement has some big shoes to fill.

Payment arrangements were made with his office manager, (son-in-law). Monthly payments were being made, Then he demanded a sum other than the monthly payment (Dr Otto, office manager was not in). He ordered his staff to destroy the casts of my mouth/teeth, withdrew the remaining amount of funds in my checking account (with my okay, they would withdraw said sum monthly), but this time the cash was withdrawn without my permission. Theft. He isagood dentist, but do question ethicts.
