Dr. Penc is extremely knowledgeable, kind, personable, and proactive. Pushed to have tests as soon as possible, called personally, answered questions, and provided information openly and with compassion.

I spent 6 days in the hospital for an out of control migraine after Dr. Penc refused to take my repeated phone calls pleading for help. My migraine med had been taken off the market and he had prescribed a new one that we weren't sure would work. I called the office repeatedly because the medication wasn’t working and my migraine was getting worse by the minute. I was in pain and needed advice on what to do. Dr. Pence wouldn’t take my calls and, when the office finally did respond, his nurse Renee told me to wait it out and rudely said “stop talking now because I have been doing this for a long time.” “Waiting it out” proved disastrous, as my pain went through the roof, my husband had to call 911 to get help, and I wound up in the hospital for six days. I will never go back to this office, ever.
