Only spoke with the resident/fellow? Dr. Hoefgen didn't say anything while in the room. The fellow or resident did all the work. She was also on facebook in the hallway between patients for what appeared to be a very busy day. Seemed very rude to office staff and the fellow or resident who we actually spoke with.
