My partner and I saw Dr Robertson together for a well check visit.... He is, by far, the BEST primary care doctor I have EVER had... He talked to both of us, explained things in ways we understood, and if we didn't , he explained it further. I see another Dr for other issues and Dr Robertson suggested he and my other Dr talk to each other regarding my treatment ... the only issue I have with their office is they changed the insurance they accept, I have Blue Select (Florida Blue) and he took the insurance when we were first seen in 2020. Apparently now they do not take Florida Blue.... They switched in November and when I was seen by Pat in December I was NEVER told they don't take our insurance and now I have a past due balance of $90... I don't think I should have to pay that amount AT ALL... I was NEVER told in December they didn't take our insurance. I didn't find this out until April 19th when we had our well check visits, which should be covered by our insurance, but seeing as they don't take it any more (we were assured by Mid summer he would have it straightened out and they would take Blue Select again. All in all I will give the Dr 5 stars, however because in December I wasn't told they didn't take my insurance any longer, I feel that I don't owe that bill.... Had they told me about the insurance change, I wouldn't have been seen, I would have found another doctor.

I have been on two medications for years that were prescribed to me by my doctors up north both of which are controlled substances. Dr. Robertson called my doctors drug dealers and said they were stupid. He actually yelled at me and called me a druggy. He was unprofessional and out of control and he scared me, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Now I am left to search for a new doctor and have to go without my medications until I get one.

Hubby went in as a walk-in today, Staff as usual, were great. He only waited 45 minutes. Dr. Robertson was professional, polite, informative, and spent time helping my husband. We have never had an issue with the doctor and/or staff. We will gladly continue to see him☺☺

My wife went to this Dr he took her in the room alone and make inappropriate passes while fondling her body and to top it off he has an erection!! And when she didn't give into his passes he became angry and threw her out! He needs to be held accountable! If anyone else has had this experience please speak up. We are making a report! Please be aware of this Dr.

This man is horrible. I really though it was me at first. But this man has anger issues. My husband had a stroke and has been getting great care by his cardiologist and neurologist and Physical therapist. We went to Dr. Robertson for his general health. On the first visit he was very condescending towards me and my husband. The second visit he actually yelled at us because we hadn't followed up with him sooner. He actually was so angry that I was in shock. He said to me am I mad at him and I nodded yes. He then went on ask my husband how he felt and my husband responded that he was anxious to get on with his life. Dr. Robertson then told my husband that he would never get his life back. I was furious and told him that he was wrong.
Well that's when the fury of Dr. Robertson let loose. I left the office shaking. Believe it we actually went back a third time. Crazy right? Being my husbands 24/7 care giver I was determined that he go over my husbands bloodwork. On this last visit I asked him about one of the drugs he wanted my husband to be on and he went off like a crazy man. He threw me out of his office and told his staff that he would call the police if I ever stepped foot in his office again. He was actually screaming at me. I wheeled my husband out of the office and was shaking so bad I thought I was going to be sick. Dr Robertson said that I was the one with the anger issues and that I hated him because he told me that my husband would remain paralyzed regardless of how much therapy he received. My husband is now walking with the aid of a cane and his therapist. This man who calls himself a professional doctor should lose his license . I actually wasn't going to right anything until I read the stories from some of his previous patients. This man needs help and prayers but mostly he need to have his license removed before he really hurts someone.

Patient and professionals beware!! This Dr (if that's what he calls himself) is an embarrassment to licensed professionals the way he speaks to his patient's and other professionals outside his practice. There is great concern someone who is emotionally unstable as described by others as noted and what he demonstrated to me could be treating patients. This Dr. is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode and if it hasn't happened already, a patient is going to get hurt under his care. He needs a psychiatrist evaluation for every patients safety. Do your homework. You can verify complaints against any MD or other health professional under Florida Dept of Health - it's public record.

Worst experience at a health facility EVER. Had aptt, waited 2hrs anyway. Another 30 minutes once I got into the exam room. He was rude, obnoxious and couldn't stop bitching about politics! As if I care what he thinks. Pretty much told me I was imagining symptoms. Kept repeating, 'women of your age' yadda, yadda, yadda. He decides to do some 'adjustment' work on my neck, resulting in physical impairment that had to be addressed by a REAL doctor. BTW, those imaginary symptoms were diagnosed as early symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, you jerk! I am a survivor of two brain aneurisms and two craniotomies, I have a history of migraines, tremors and various other problems resulting from those. Beware, especially any women looking for a doctor. He is condescending, flippant and just plain rude. But he has no problem trying to push those drugs down your throat.
