Dr. Annaliese Kistler is amazing! She is knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. She takes the time to listen to you and answers all of your questions. I had some problems with my pregnancy and she took every step to make me feel at ease. I have had some problems with her nurse practitioner a few times and talked to Dr. Kistler about it. Dr. Kistler took care of the problems and got everyone on the same page. I highly highly recommend Dr. Annaliese Kistler.

I really like Dr. Kistler. I was nervous at first but she totally put me at ease. She is very helpful and knowledgeable, and takes the time to discuss all options. My appointments are always on time, or nearly so. However, I didn't like her staff. At my first visit, the girl who put my new patient information into the computer never even looked at the new patient forms I had been instructed to fill out at home and bring with me. She asked a few basic questions and that was it. I assumed Dr. Kistler would discuss the rest, but when she came in she had a printout of my info from the computer and asked me if it was accurate. The girl had made assumptions on the questions she hadn't asked me and put down that I was at risk for contracting STD's. Excuse me??! No, I'm not! I was mortified. I have no idea how she came to that conclusion. Dr. Kistler said the girls at that office make assumptions sometimes and she has to verify with the patient that the new patient records are accurate.
