Dr Hubbard is the nicest guy. Takes time with you and is t rushed to move on to the next patient. The staff always remembers you and is super nice and accommodating.

I have to say the staff was nice. But it stops there. Dr. Hubbard was a rude creep. He kept asking if I wanted to leave. Did not want to let me ask any questions. He had my X-rays right there and said I needed to be silent so he could look in my mouth. He wanted no questions. Kept asking if I wanted to leave.. He ask what I wanted from the visit. I said I wanted my teeth fixed. I mean why does a person go to the dentist? He asked when was the last time I had had a cleaning. My husband had been dying with Parkinson’s and I had put my needs on the back burner for that time. It had been 4 years. Dr. Hubbard is awful. I was friendly, well groomed, and squeaky clean, but he did not want to bother with me. He said all my teeth needed to be pulled out. I cried so he got up and left the room until I could collect myself. He wasn’t any nicer when he came back in. I have seen several dentists over 68 years and I have NEVER been treated like this, NEVER!!! Even if I need my teeth pulled, it will not be HIM. I will move mountains for a courteous human being but not for a mean man. He said my problems were because of the way I had lived my life. I smoke 1/2 to 1 pack a day and drink Coke-A-Cola. He is undeserving of anyone’s trust. I’m very mild mannered but he made me so angry and the way he treated me as a human being, I had to sit in the parking lot until I felt safe enough to drive. He is a totally despicable person. I try not to use potty words, but this man deserves to be described by many of them. He really made me feel less than a human being. Shame on you Dr. Robert Hubbard. YOU work for your patients, not the other way around. Read this and learn, for your own good.

Staff is wonderful. Dentist is not! He ia an A**! Hope he someday gets back what he puts out! He doesn't care about patients. Only mobey

This place is horrible we had to cancel because our daughter had strip throat and because of that they said we can only be a walk in so I said are you willing to loose thousands of dollars over this and the lady up front asked if my daughter was still on ar kids I replied yes she is and she then said well it wouldn't be thousands of dollars lost then and she hung up the phone wow!! Not the way to do business very dissapointed !!!!!

Recently, I was promptly worked in for a tooth that was bothering me. I was in a room within 2 minutes of arriving. His staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Hubbard was pleasant and took the time to explain my options. He was very patient with my questions. I've gone to Dr.Hubbard for several years and have always experienced friendly staff, very little wait time, and great dental care.

I would rate him a 0 if I could, and his staff. The woman who took me and my dad back was extremly rude and snobby, then when my dad just leaned even to look at the x rays they had taken of me teeth, she got real ****y with him and told him to leave the building and not come back.. so he told me she was being a rude ****, which she was, and she came flying back into the room and threatened to call the cops on him!! Then said he was NEVER allowed back in the building again or the cops WOULD be called! But they DAMN sure took MY money, enough for Mr. Robert Hubbard to **** me out about my dad saying he would file charges against him if he ever stepped foot in his office again, then turned me away and said he couldn't help me and I had to go to a dental surgeon.. Funny enough I found an excellent REGULAR dentist the next day and am a NEVER happy patient of HIS now.

He was horrible. He didn't look in my 2 year old's mouth and automatic sends him to a specialist. He was in there for 3 minutes and did absolutely nothing. His assistant was friendly, but she didn't look in his mouth eiter. I do not recommend him as a dentist. He is only there for money and not to do his job.
