I have been a patient of Dr. Blissard's for many years as far back as his William Cannon days. I have ALWAYS been happy with his level of care. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The wait times can be a little long but I think you should take the good with the bad. If you want to see a GOOD doctor you should at least be willing to wait a little while to see him. I have mulitiple health problems as do some people my age and he has confidently managed my health care for at least 12 years with no problems. When I saw the 1st comment on this site I really wondered if this person even saw Dr. Blissard as he/she referred to him as Dr. Blassard, is this even the same doctor? I can't believe that it is as I already stated I have ALWAYS been happy with his management of my health conditions. If thinking of using him as your doctor you should surely make an appointment. You wont be disappointed.

went to him for a referal to a specialist for a skin problem, he claimed it was an infection and he could take care of it with drugs, after one month of treatment i went back and told him it was no better he argued and said it was and all i needed was one more month of antibotics,while visiting family in az. 1 month later toe turns purple, turns out i have P A D. i am now on asprin,plavix,simvastaten and am doing better however it will take time to repair my body,now i was also a seeing dr. blassard for heart trouble, so this was not just a bad diag. this was flat out stupid. someone please take his licence. before he hurts someone.
