I'm 70 and had a cap come off of a tooth and I took it with me to Dr. Richards office. The cap was 4 years old and in perfect condition and Dr. Richards and his staff told me I had to have a new one made. The cost they asked that I pay was $2700. I left knowing they were attempting to rip off an old man. I had the cap replaced by another dentist for a faction of the cost Richards proposed. AVOID Dental Centre.

Best dentist ever-bridge and 2 crowns took a total of 2 visits-no pain.
Staff was excellent.

This was hands down, the best dental experience I've had. The front office was great, and the dentist was awesome. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, and had no pain at all. In fact, the shots were painless , it barely bled and the entire extraction process took about two minutes. Since the extraction, I have not suffered migraine headaches. I won't go anywhere else!

A real bunch of hacks. The hygienists double as receptionists and are horrible. No interpersonal effective at all. Information on scheduling is remote. Service, explanation, and detailed care is non-existent. The woman at reception must have been educated in a cave. Irritable, not patient with people. Even the privacy statement could not be found for patients who want to review it prior to signing. The dentist hides in his office and then appears like an apparition. Very poor interaction and follow up.Much to be desired - Go elsewhere.
