Dr. Carter is a wonderful, marvelous, knowledgeable Dr. with a great sense of humor. She is always smiling whenever she cares for me. I was having foot pain for over a year, until she performed surgery on my foot and now my foot pain has been gone, I forgot I had problems until my gout return just recently. I can dance again in my heels!!! She is GREAT.

Dr. Carter is great. She is honest and does not try to find issues to up-charge you or the insurance company. She is genuine and easy to get along with.
