Worst experience I have ever had with any physician's office in my entire life. I would never go back to this practice. The staff were rude beyond belief, unresponsive in the extreme, wait time was over an hour, etc. I can't say enough to discourage anyone from using them.

Dr. Jarolimek accepted me as a patient from a small hospital 60 miles away at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning, needing emergency surgery on a severely dislocated and broken ankle. I was transported to the hospital and met with the doctor and he immediately ordered more medication to help with the severe pain. Follow up has been wonderful and he and his staff were VERY PATIENT with a less-than-happy-to-say-the-least patient....LOL!! I cried from the moment the cast came off until well after my cast was set!!! BOY, did I feel silly after...but being terrified that I would feel even 1/10th of the pain from my fall kept me on edge the whole time. But they were very sweet and understanding, and that meant the world to me!! I have lots more to go, my next appointment isn't for about 3 more weeks and it has already been 4+ weeks and I am still not walking, but I know I will get great care!!
