Dr. Seo was very caring and knowledgeable. I've had chronic rhinitis and nasal polyps for years, and she knew that I understood my condition (didn't make me feel bad for taking Afrin once). She listened, didn't rush me. And best of all, she's the first ENT who told me about something I hadn't tried yet for nasal congestion. She took the time to explain what surgery would involve, should I need it. Really great first visit. Highly recommend and glad I found her!
