Dr. Minns has 16 years of experience in general, plastic, and reconstructive surgery, with a focus on cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, and facial trauma. He completed general surgery residency at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA, followed by 2 years plastic surgery residency at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. Since 2010, Dr. Minns ran a successful private practice in Lubbock, TX. Eric is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

This doctor operated on me two times. It was supposed to be a simple eyelid lift. I now have one eye that is completely drooped. He left town and promised to "fix" it. I am glad I found him online. Do not go to this doctor for an eyelid surgery.
