Dr seemed confused and disorganized at best when attempting to diagnose and treat my condition over several visits. Failed to help me improve. Office staff was disorganized, everything from lab to x-rays took hours (alibi: x-ray equipment isn't working). If you don't like one dr in this large group practice, they will NOT let you switch to another. Went elsewhere and am now completely satisfied with care for my condition.

Staff left me in waiting room until after office closed. They had forgotten I was there until I reminded them when I saw staff leaving for the day. Doctor would dismiss symptoms if he was hurried. He actually said if I wanted more attention, I should find a smaller office. I did! So has several others.
