Dr. St. Surin-Lord was over 20 minutes late to our appointment and rushed through it, often interrupting me and treating my questions like she wanted them to be over as soon as possible. She didn't encourage me to ask these questions and instead acted like it was a personal attack to ask her if she had any alternative hypotheses.
I brought up an accessibility issue to which Dr. St Surin-Lord interrupted me and told me that I was not experiencing the issue and that if I was going to talk about it I might as well go find another practitioner because there is nothing she could do. When I started to tell her how the accessibility need could be met she cut me off mid sentence.
She is clearly an ableist doctor who doesn't respect the time or needs of her patients.

When making this appointment, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and professional. walking into the office was the same the entire staff was very warm and friendly. The doctor was great very attentive and she took her time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I Love them and will definitely keep them as my dermatologist. The only downside was the wait time as i believe they double book alot and she is the only doctor there.
