Currently pregnant and Dr Tillman has been great. I have a lot of anxiety and “stupid” questions but she’s never made me feel less than. You do wait a while to see her, but it’s worth it because once you get into the room she will spend however long it takes to answer questions and make you feel comfortable.

Has completely mishandled the treatment of my high risk pregnancy. Has ignored requests for certain tests from my high risk pregnancy doctor. I've been to this office 16 times and I've only physically seen her 3 times. Her office staff and physician assistant are the only people who seem to actually care about the well being of myself and my child. This has just been an awful experience with a very uncaring doctor.

She is friendly but very busy and does not seem to have a lot of time for each patient. I thought she was a great doctor while I had a textbook pregnancy but realized very quickly she was not a very good doctor if there were any complications. If nothing is ever wrong she is funny, friendly and warm. But the laid back attitude isn't best when there is a health issue that needs attention.

I have been seeing Dr. Tillman for the past 7 years, she went from being super nice to just terrible. I noticed that her staff went from extremely nice to horrible & terrible as well, they don't care about you and very unfriendly. I had a surgery with her last year for a Cone Biopsy, she did not explain the procedure so I had to see a second Dr to explain to me what it was. When my PAP came abnormal she didn't call me until 11;30 at night to let me know what my options were. My surgery was another nightmare, I ended up bleeding for the entire week because she accidentally cut my vein (that's what she told me!!). And now she kept on pushing me to do a hysterectomy. I'm in the process of finding another OBGYN sadly.

Dr. Tillman is the only doctor I will ever see. She is absolutely amazing. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2010 and I am now 39 weeks pregnant (2013) and she has made this whole process great. The only "down-fall" is that you may wait a while to see her, but that is because she will give you every minute you want with her. She will fully answer all your questions and will not rush out the door. This is worth the wait for me. I highly recommend Dr. Tillman to anyone looking for a OBGYN.

I had to wait over 20 min in the lobby and the 30min in the room, I went for a consult, because i heard alot of "good" things about her in reference to VBACs.She make me feel like i was wasting her time, did not let me ask the questions, make me feel that i was not importatnt because i was only going for a consult, she never closed the door of her office and had a nurse with her (for nothing)and she said "you could have the baby at 35weeks and we can do a VBAC" who the heck tells you to have your baby way before your due date??? anyways I went home crying because her service was really poor and she doesnt care about a human being
