This doctor had his staff perform needless tests during my annual physical. Any chance he could, there was a separation of charges during the billing of the physical to get an additional office visit reimbursement; i.e.: sticking an instrument in my ear to check my hearing, and calling it a hearing exam. This doctor also tries to give you unnecessary shots, and to run needless diagnostic tests. And on a more personal note, during one of my exams his hand cupped and lingered too long on my breast while performing an under arm check. I will never go back!

Dr Kaplan is a great doctor, I don't know what these other guys are doing but he saved my life and my eye sight. If it were not for him I would be blind by now and dead from heart failure.

During a yearly well visit I mentioned I had an ingrown townail. He looked at it and said yes come back for another appointment and he would take care of it. This echange lasted about 20 seconds. I then found he billed me an additional office visit and copay. When I asked about this he became very defensive and terminated our relationship.

He is just there to make money. He doesn't care about the patient. He will charge you a well visit charge and a sick visit charge if you complain constipation on the well visit, which is wrong. I will never ever go back to him
