Wow horrible horrible service over the phone. So rude and disgusting. I literally just called for a referral and the lady that picked up the phone didn't even let me get a word in. She just started yelling.. I am just in awe not sure if I have EVER encountered such a disgusting person working in a medical clinic like this. Not sure how the doctor allows this kind of behavior. No business etiquette whatsoever. It makes me wonder how patients are treated in this office. I would stay away from this office by all means.. wow!

Found this a professional office. Busy Yes short wait . I don't go out anywhere thinking. "I'm" the only one. I respect others. Helpful Dr. Tries alternate medicine to combat my needs for health. Answered All my questions! Rating a Dr. Such as Dr. Ayala is a serious matter and should be done so without grievances with office personalities. I have been helped many times by Linda and I am happy she is stern & Gets The Job Done! What if his office got to rate you as a patient??? How many stars would YOU get /deserve??!! Were You on time? Were You Friendly? Did You ask the proper questions so the Dr could help You!? Were You respectful of other patients time? Did you say thank-you ! I also work in a similar field and find Most not all patients to be not so nice, and self centered ! So back to Dr Ayala... Very helpful/ knowledgable /understanding /caring . I chose him and happy that I did . Thanks Dr . Ayala. & staff .

Dr. Ayala was not very informative. I explained I was a heart patient and my surgeon suggested that I look into the NEW diet pills. Dr Ayala agreed the new pills would be helpful. He prescribed me the old phentermine pills and I had heart palputations, forgetfulness and the jitters. When I called him I asked why he prescribed the old and dangerous pills to me. He replied that he knew they had side effects, but he didn't think it would have an effect on me. I believe that was a very negligent decision on his part. I immediately changed doctors....

Dr. Ayala has been my doctor for over 20 years, back when Linda was still in nursing school. Julie was always professional, always quick to call me back if she was busy or needed to check on something, Linda is a sweetheart. When I call for an appointment they always get me in quickly. They are always caring, concise and straight forward with my medical issues. I have been a self-pay patient for 4 years now since my husbands job switched us to Cigna. I drive 45 minutes to see him and he is more than worth the drive. I have a multitude of medical problems and cannot imagine anyone else as my doctor. I am sad that Julie has now retired, but wish her all the happiness she deserves.

This office has the worse staff I have ever encountered; specially the staff member Julia, who refuses to treat patients with dignity and respect. This is a doctor’s office; people that visit this office are sick and need to be treated with kindness and respect. Julia does not understand this concept and treats patients like garbage. The image of the doctors is displayed with his staff and by Dr. Ayala approving Julia's behavior is a representation of how much he cares for his patients.

Professional office, does their job. I see others complaining about the staff, come on this is not kindergarten. If you are looking to make a friend go to the library! Dr Ayala is very caring, finds alternative ways to help me deal with my issues. I have called with questions to nurse Julia and find her to be helpful and to the point. She is very busy with other patients. Happy patient.

I called the office for an appt. Was told that I had a prev bill of $20.00 from 1 yr ago.A current bill they just sent was raised to $28.47 ?? I had tried to pay this bill on last visit, and was told, I owed no bal. The first person I spoke to told me I could only make an appt if I bought a 2nd ins.(I only had Medicare at the time). I told her I would pay the cash difference that Medicare didn't pay. She said it didn't work that way. The ofc manager got on the phone and said, we are not denying you an appt.We are just concerned about how you'll pay for your prescriptions. She continued to grill me on this. I told her I would pay for them as I always had, in cash. As I began to explain about the bal they said I owed, she told me to "Be quiet". I said,"Did you tell me to be quiet"? She said, "No, you told me to be quiet"! I know what I heard her say. She then informed me to find another doctor and hung up on me. I then made a report to Medicare for mistreatment of a Medicare patient.

Dr. Ayala is very serious and to the point never offering much detailed information on my condition. But his staff is extremely rude and although I have had him as primary care physician for over 10 years I am now considering changing doctors. NO one should have to put up with Julie's rudeness -Dr.Ayala should require his staff to show respect and manners toward patients. Julie takes it upon herself to decide what should be done regarding the patient's call. I had an issue with my Rx when I was overseas and called longdistance she hung up on me and said she wouldn't give the dr my message. It's important to have a respectful, decent office staff and not just medical knowledge.
