We always call to find out how far behind Jeff is and when to come for our appointment. We do wait sometimes an hour even then, but he's well worth the wait. Excellent doctor!

Dr Mayer's concierge only service is not disclosed during the phone call to make an appointment thereby wasting your time while waiting for your first appointment. The first appointment is actually the sales pitch about concierge services. In my case, I wasted three business days that could have been used to look for another doctor.

I'm paraplegic, m, 37, traumatic brain injury, so not easy problems to figure out. With a little bit of time, he's got my health right on track. :)

Dr. Mayer is a great doctor. He has got an inefficient office. One never gets to see the doctor at the scheduled time. The wait is at least 1 and a half hours. I am going to Dr. Mayer because he is a wonderful doctor. I only wish he would improve his staff to match what he delivers.

Dr. Mayer was always late with us, too, but that's because he spent more than the typical 5 minutes per patient. He fell behind because he spent TIME with his patients. It's a trade off we willingly made! He was such a blessing to me and my husband for years.

ALWAYS LATE sometimes over 2 hrs but drug reps always can go in. Office Staff not helpful.
