We were referred to dr Vu after seeing another doctor in the same office. The purpose of the appointment was just an acupuncture session. We were told that the acupuncture would cost $150 per session and we knew our insurance would not cover the acupuncture. Few months later we received a bill for almost $400 also charging us for an appointment. We called and explained that we had gone for an appointment with the other doctor and that the only went for the acupuncture. Doctor Vu insisted in us paying for the appointment and his office even tried to charge the insurance for an appointment that never happened.He asked me to me on my stomach and I had my feet hanging out the table because the table would only fit a child. the table also did not go totally flat and I had to stay with my back in an extension position the whole time. After 10 minutes of feeling much more pain in that uncomfortable position I ask for the doctor.He was already gone!
