I had the worst csection experience thanks to Dr. thorpe. He performed my csection without taking the time to check if baby was in position. He didnt know what to expect because he couldn't see my charts from Halifax Care for Women. All my info was not available for him to see and he didn't even bother to call and ask for my info. He went ahead and cut me open just to find out that the baby was in transverse position ( ultrasound performed 2 weeks before by my Dr. at Halifax Care for women shows this) After trying for 9 minutes to get the baby out without luck he performed and emergency cut that goes down from my belly button until the bikini line. Baby came out completely lifeless, but thanks God after performing cpr baby cried out immediately.
I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. On my scar I can see his worst work ever.

Horrible experience! This doctor has a bad bedside manner and doesn't make good choices when they are most important.
