I cant believe someone would stay with a doctor for over 10 years and not go elsewhere. Doctors have their own style; some like the style, others don't. Our family has been patients for over 25 years and we are sad to see an experienced, caring professional take retirement.
More than once he has said go home, get some rest, take an aspirin, and the problem will disappear. When there has been something serious, he is well connected to specialists.
Good doctors need good support, and I cant say enough good things about the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for over 10 years and other than his punctuality I have nothing good to say about my experience. His bedside manner is horrific and I second the comment about him re-asking you the same questions every single time you see him as though it were our first time meeting. He is a pompous, elite, uncaring doctor who didn't properly care for mine or my family's wellbeing for over a decade. What a shame we didn't make the decision sooner to find a doctor who really cares about more than the 15 minutes needed to get your healthcard swiped and get PAID. Finally we have a new doctor who is just lovely!! So happy to be free of Dr. Nick Moore.

The worst doctor I ever met. I have a medical background back in my country and I have been very enthusiastic when enrolled with Dr. Moor saying he is very experienced (looks like 65 years old) and I have a lot to learn being even his patient. How disappointed I was. He misread a mere Tb skin test done to my wife for college enrolment. I was forced to go to a walk-in clinic to prove the contrary. Or for an eczema on face he did not prescribe any medication, he said me to shave more often. Switched to an other doctor.

STAFF - they're okay, even though there's NO WAY that they would ever squeeze you in, but that's because of the Doctor, not them. PUNCTUALITY - is the ONLY good thing about this doctor, which is that you don't have to wait but a few minutes to see him since he only allows 15 minute intervals per patient. HELPFULNESS: absolutely the worst in this category, since he's obviously in this for the money and not for the patients. He will not prescribe you anything, even when you have a lung infection, he'd rather tell you to go breathe in some steam instead of giving you medication that will help you much faster. Will put you in his office and make you feel like you're in an interview, as opposed to sitting next to you and atleast PRETENDING like he cares about you. KNOWLEDGE: I have NO idea about his knowledge in medicine, mainly because he will send you to a specialist SO FAST, which is probably because it would take time out of his 15 minute interval to investigate further.

My wife and I came to Dr. Moore after 15 years of mediocre doctoring. We have found his staff to be competent and helpful - his appointments are on time and he is direct and thorough in his interview of your problem. After some familiarity over time the interview procedure became more relaxed and informal. We are totally satisfied that we are in excellent hands medically.

He squeezes you in when you need to see him which is great but he never tells you whats wrong or what he thinks is wrong. He always says: "I've never seen something like that before" and sends you to specialists every time you go there.

Dr Moore is a somewhat controversial man, sometimes giving me the impression he's dwelling in other spheres. All the comments on this page contain elements of truth. He's very precise in the taking of notes, but he will ask you the same questions about your past & present conditions as though you're a new patient, every time you visit him. I always have the feeling that he has one eye glued to his watch. He's an alright physician, I feel comfortable with him, I know what I have and I wouldn't take the chance to start shopping for doctors (as though that's possible in Ontario....).

Dr. Moore is negative a lot of the times. He sends you away with a "let's see what happens in two weeks" when you've already been dealing with a problem for a while already and you just want an answer. He seems to go around things and you have to push to be referred sometimes. It seems like his concern is more about his time then the patient's problem.

He is alright but very business like. Will see you on time for whatever you are there for. Hardly smiles.
