The staff was very efficient with communications leading up to the procedure via calls, emails, and written correspondence. The in-office visit was very courteous and professional. The high point of the experience, however, was Dr. Ngozi Okoro. Dr. Okoro's knowledge and manner addressed all concerns and questions which resulted in a very successful procedural outcome. My wife and mother-in-law have become her patients also because of the above and I highly recommend her.
