Dr Setzer was concerned with my symptoms and correctly diagnosed and treated me. I am now symptom free. I was putting off going to the doctor thinking i could treat it but it did not go away until I was treated by Dr Setzer. I am so glad I went to see her.

Moved here from TX and had my first Annual Skin Check. Had a great experience all around other than had to wait about 45 min. after arriving on time (which is 15 min prior to appointment). Maybe this had to due with Covid? Expressed interest in certain cosmetic skin issues and was referred to see their cosmetology office-which is in same office. I was able to get in that same day and had a great experience at that consultation--even left with free samples to try. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also carry certain skin care lines which is super convenient.

It's 5 star. The only exception is when Kate came in without BCBS Medicare approval. The session was excellent. However, I was billed for 'out of network'. It necessitated numerous phone calls on my part until finally talking to Andy, who explained the confusion and corrected the billing.
