Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in the medical service field. It was so bad, I never even managed to get into this office for an appointment. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR if you expect decent service from his support staff.

The staff is unbelievably rude as everyone has mentioned. They also never call back with test results. After countless calls for results, I eventually spoke to the nurse who said that nothing was wrong and so nothing could be done for my condition. I switched doctors and tried to get my records sent, only to find that Dr Adolf did not have the test results. I did not like her superior attitude. When I complained that the medication i was on was affecting my heart, she wanted to prescribe anxiety meds. Later tests showed it was the medication as I had thought. I am a well-educated woman. I do not appreciate being treated like a child.

mountainview family medicine and dr. adolf have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. the staff (with the exception of charlene and the girl who takes blood-both very nice) have been beyond rude and completely incompetent. my first visit, i waited an hour and a half and then was placed on a high blood pressure medication with absolutely no indications of side effects and was not told to monitor my blood pressure and keep record. on my second visit, i waited over 30 minutes before asking one of the staff what the hold up was (it was my wedding anniversary and my husband and i had plans.) i was greeted very rudely and told she would 'interrupt the doctor.' when dr. adolf came into the room, i explained about my anniversary and was asked, "what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?" Very rude. I was then chastised for not keeping a record of my blood pressure. There was more but I'm running out of room. I have sent them a bill for my time and changed doctors.

My 1st visit with Dr Adolf was because I was pregnant & my dr wouldn't give me an ultrasound at 5 mos. I wanted to switch dr's and came across dr adolf. On the first visit she realized that I was bigger than normal for 5 months and agreed that there would be reason to have an ultrasound, she never bad mouthed my other dr, just examined me and came to her own conclusions. At the ultrasound we found twins, we were so excited and might not have found out until birth had we not switched drs. We have stayed with dr adolf through both my twin pregnancies (we have 4 daughters just 13 months apart) and she has been a Godsend for us. She has even came in on a Saturday to see us when we thought one had strep throat. With my 2nd pregnancy there were problems with the epidural and she was very comforting and soothing even though I was hysterically crying. Like any dr I have seen, she gets behind in the afternoons, I think that is because she tries so hard to ans every question & that takes time.

I had an emergency and Arlis Adolf was the doctor on call. She was unsmiling and behaved as if I were a burden on her. She was abrasive and abrupt, and was unsympathetic when I commented that the cast she had put around my arm, broken wrist, and hand felt awfully tight. Overnight my pain increased considerably, and I called the answering service in the morning. Arlis was so angry when she called back that my husband was upset just by answering the phone. In speaking with me, she continued to invalidate my concerns about my pain (was the circulation adequate?). In all fairness, the cast turned out to be adequate, though my regular doctor (not Arlis) and I are considering replacing it due to its rubbing on the skin. All in all, it was traumatizing to have an emergency and be treated by Arlis; even if her medical treatment turns out to be adequate, it wasn't worth having to deal with her personality problems.

I initially really like Dr Adolf unti she went out for her breast cancer. From that point forward she seems to have lost her interest as a doctor and doesn't seem to care about her patients as a doctor should. I would not see her again.

Dr. Adolf's Practice has diminished over the last few years. Like other posters we have had problems with the office staff being very rude and unpleasant to work with. Dr. Adolf herself no longer shows the care that she once had for her patients. She comes off as being gruff, and inpatient.

Moved 3 times in 2 years. Staff doesn't seem helpful. Always made me wait between 30 and 90 minutes. Scolded me if I asked questions that were outside of the reason I came to visit. Poor time management, poor staff, and little concern for the trouble her patients went through to try to keep up with her mercurial career.

I have been seeing Dr. Adolf for the last 15 years. I have been very pleased and happy with her knowledge. I am confident she provides me with the very best medical care. Her thorough approach in treatment along with compassion leaves me feeling better every time I visit.
