This doctor cares about you like a parent does, I've never had one like him before. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

His staff is not very good, long time to get an appointment, takes forever to get results back, and they are closed on Mondays and Fridays. He is OK. But beware, get a second opinion.

Dr Luciani is the BEST Doctor I have ever been to. He manages my hypothyroid, hormone replacement, CFS and Fibro. He takes care of my husbands health as well. I have never felt pressure to purchase supplements from his office , however, I have inquired about purchasing supplements from him and have always been pleased with the quality and price of products he has on hand. Dr. Luciani respects my opinions , listens closely, and works with me as a partner in my health care. He takes plenty of time at each visit to get to the root of any issue I might be having. He is on top of my labs and pays close attention to my symptoms, no matter how insignificant I feel they might be. I feel my endocrine issues are in better hands with Dr Luciani than any of the "top Doc" Endocrinologists that I have seen. He is always prompt, I never have to wait and I never feel rushed. I can reach him by email if needed. He doesn't accept insurance but his care is so worth paying out of pocket!

Dr. Luciani SAVED me from years of misdiagnosis and helped me get my life back! He is AMAZING. I saw him on the advice of a friend suffering from thyroid issues. The symptoms seemed similar to mine (anxiety, headaches, fatigue, depression, mood swings, hair loss, etc.- you name it, i had it ) and after suffering for years without a proper diagnosis, I made an appointment. Within 5 minutes and a list of seemingly unrelated symptoms, he nailed what was wrong with me. In addition to thyroid, my estrogen was sky high and progesterone non-existent. Blood tests confirmed his suspicions. After getting me on the right hormone therapy, I finally felt like myself again. Been on it for a year now and I can't thank Dr. Luciani enough. He is a great doctor, always takes his time, never makes you feel rushed and TRULY cares about his patients. In a world filled with apathetic doctors, Dr. Luciani is a rarity. I cant even express how great he is. He doesn't take insurance but he's worth every penny.

Dr Luciani pushed me to purchase his supplements, informational candida booklet, and outdated video. All these ended up being useless. His dietary suggestions were to eat a protein source with all carbs to slow their glycemic load and avoid fruit to cure my candida problem. Eating this way is high in fatty nuts and meats, causing me indigestion and constipation problems for the first time in my life. His solution to most of my problems while following his program was more supplements. Since stopping his advice and all supplements, I've been able to revive my health on a diet that is the complete opposite of what he suggests. Today, I eat few meats and a high plant based diet, leaving me feeling great and not bogged down with meat rotting in my intestines and fats clogging my lymphatic system. His advice was also very contradicting, for example eating acid forming meats and taking baking soda to alkalize. He was a good listener, but I would not trust his advice for long-term health.

This doctor was supposed to be good on using natural thyroid, but turned out to be a total waste of money and I had to pay because he was not on my insurance. I had just found out I had reverse T3 and needed to go on T3 only. He insisted I just needed more Armour. He kept raising the Armour until I finally refused any more and demanded T3 only. He prescribed 5 mcg. That lasted me about a week as I needed more like 50 at least. So he wrote a script for 15. That lasted me until I got what I needed online. I never went back.

I never write reviews, however I do use them to give me insight when deciding on a doctor. The reason I am writing this review is because of another individuals review. I have seen 17 doctor's in 5 years. They were all rude, told me I had this disease or that disease, treated it and failed. They cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Dr. Luciani is an excellent doctor if you are looking for someone to treat you when others have failed. He truly cares about his patients. What people don't realize is you are seeing a doctor. You don't feel good, you want to feel better. Sometimes a doctor cannot find a natural cure to make you 100%, so doctors have to us medication. Ultimately, and I have Addison's, when all else fails, maybe you have to take a medication, like a steroid. Dr. Luciani is not a doctor to every put your health in jeopardy. He cares way to much about you as a patient. I appreciate everything Dr. Luciani has done for me, including giving me my life back.

Dr. Luciani is the best. I agree with all the other comments that rate him excellent. Dr. Luciani does know about thyroid and adrenal problems. He treated my husband for adrenal fatigue as well as for low testosterone. I have no idea why the person with addisons thinks he is to blame - something doesn't sound right about that.

Dr. Luciani is the best doctor I have ever seen! I have many complex medical issues (Hashimoto's, Fibromyalgia, Adrenal Insufficeny, PCOS) and after going through many doctors, he is the only one who had real knowledge of these conditions and how to properly treat them. He has a great bedside manner, and actually wants his patients to be proactive in their treatment. He isn't afraid to "think outside the box" and try different things until he finds the ones that work for YOU. He doesn't just go by lab numbers...he actually listens to you and your symptoms! He literally saved my life. Now my whole family sees him, and I recommend him to other patients all the time.
