He seems nice at first. Then, you realize he sees you as a dollar sign.

I agree with the prior survey respondent. Once you arrive in the office, he is wonderful. However, once you walk out, it is virtually impossible to communicate. His staff is unresponsive and insensitive, which is of concern that he continues to allow this behavior in his office. I am sure he must understand that office staff is a reflection of him, and his responsiveness to patients.

Dr. Harris is a great doctor. He knows what he's talking about and will spend time explaining things to you in an easily understood manner. The office staff however are a bunch of morons who can't accomplish the simplest of tasks or requests. It took them months to finally call my insurance after repeated requests. Trying to schedule a new patient appointment can also be tedious if not impossible. He's worth the hassle though.
