I was referred to this “doctor” and it was a complete waste of time and money! My appointment time was 3PM and I was seen at 4:45PM. I left work early to be on time to wait. Not once was I told they were behind. I’m guessing it’s normal for them. My NEW PATIENT visit lasted 11 minutes. When I was being scheduled a follow up appointment, I asked if I could at least get a phone call if they were running late and I was told NO. Needless to say I didn’t return. My time is just as valuable as Dr. En Rich’s!
To top that off, I couldn’t pay my “known” insurance payment deductible while I was there. I was told I’d have to wait on my bill. I FINALLY received my bill well after I canceled my follow up appointment and a week later received a collection letter in the mail. The audacity! Skip over this entire office and do yourself a favor!!!

BEST ENT....Knowledgeable...Thorough...Caring

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Enrich since 2018. He was able to diagnose my thyroid condition and also performed a surgical procedure by removing the right enlarged thyroid nodular. Very thorough...he educated me on the procedure and what I needed to know prior to the surgery and afterwards. I am very pleased and I haven't had any problems. He is also caring and has great bed side manners. I have recommended several patients to Dr. Enrich and they are all very happy. I am very picky when it comes to my health. All I can say that he will always be my ENT physician.

Dr. Enrich may seem a bit egotistical at first, but he is very knowledgeable and professional. When my husband had to have neck lymph node surgery, Dr. Enrich was the best ENT to provide his surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Enrich.
