Two family members have had poor experiences with this doctor. She was unprepared for the visit, asked questions that were on file (she didn't real patient's file before arriving). Kept patient waiting while she had a personal phone conversation (clearly over heard by patient). She did not recognize a skin disorder that is rather common.

Takes time with patients to explain what is going on.Very thorough in her evaluation. Does not judge.I can ask her all stupid question,takes time to answer them.
