Inmy opinion, Dr. Finch's Receptionist is completely controlling, extremely rude and nasty. Won't let you speak with him. When you ask for him to personally return your call, she cancels your appts then tells you Dr. Finch is no longer in practice. He let us down at a critical time when he was really needed. Very disappointing since being referred to him so many years ago and never has one issue with him, - only for the receptionist to kick us out of the practice for no reason. For this reason he cannot be recommended to anyone.

Rude office manager and doctor. Billed me 50 bucks bc I was late for an appt when I was really running late. Dr finch is very rude and unprofessional

He's rude and acted like he didn't want to bother with my child. My son will be going to someone else.

Had always trusted Dr, Finch and his treatment of my condition until his incredibly rude office manager accused me of missing appointments that I had never scheduled. When I contacted Dr Finch by email to sort the situation out, she sent me a condescending and rude response basically calling me a liar. After several years in treatment, Dr Finch never personally responded to my complaint, or to inquire why I chose to end my treatment with him. His office manager reads his personal emails from clients and responds to them for him, which I had no knowledge of, nor would I have given her permission to read such sensitive correspondence.
