Extremely harmful. Created dependence on her, then all of the sudden did a 180 and abandoned me with no plan or transition. I'll never trust another therapist after my experience with her.

Dr. Okin is a wonderful, caring therapist who helped me a lot in a very difficult time. She listened and gave me plenty of personal space, yet guided me gently to a deep understanding and control of my most pressing issues.
