A colonoscopy is never fun, but I was extremely pleased with the whole program. I will definitely refer my friends who need a gastroenterologist (SP?). It would be nice if I get a reminder for the follow up colonoscopy.

All of the information for preparation was sent promptly. We arrived at the center at the appointed time and were handled professionally and cheerfully. Dr. Canale explained the procedure and everything went as planned. On a personal note: Dr. Canale, your associate, Roger Siddoway, is the brother of Dr. John Siddoway (otolaryngology), and the son of Dr. John Siddoway (who removed my tonsils when I was 7 years old). The older Dr. John Siddoway and my grandfather, Robert Siddoway shared the same father, but different grandmothers.

The procedure was easy to schedule. My wife has been in to see Dr. Canale twice - and now me one time - and we have felt good about his level of professionalism and personalism. The staff was pleasant and courteous - seemed to be concerned about my level of comfort and wanted to help out if I needed something. Thanks

I was very nervous when I went in and after meeting with the wonderful nurses that I had i felt very safe and felt i was in very good hands. I have hard veins to find and they worked so hard to keep me comfortable and worked so hard to help me stay calm and with as llittle pain as possible. I was so impressed at how kind, caring and professional they were. They were Emily and Chelsea and I told them many times how much I appreciated their kindness and time they spent with me. They were wonderful and made my experience there so much easier and helped me stay calm and positive. The facility was clean, pleasant and I was impressed with that also. Of course, I really like my Doctor, Doctor Canale and felt he was kind, gave me the time I needed to ask questions and I am so thankful for all of them and the way they handled my care that day. I came away feeling like they truly did care about me and i wasn't just another old lady getting a colonoscopy. I was pleased with every aspect of my care that day.

The experience was just fine. The wait time once I checked in was a little longer than expected (50 min.) but the staff was wonderful. I inadvertently left my watch in the bag of my personal affects after leaving the building. Once I realized later that day that I had left it, I went back to get it but it wasn't able to be located that day. The next morning, a lot of the staff looked through all of the garbage that was gathered that night and came across it. That was above and beyond the call. Everything went smoothly and I was informed and taken care of thoroughly.

Cannot say enough praise about the professionalism and genuine care and concern of DrChristopher Canale and his staff. Not all news is good news, but when delivered by Dr Canale it was received so much better. The follow up and concern for my treatment and future health is incredible. Nice to have such a great Dr. and staff on my 'medical team'.

Dr. Canale was very kind, as was his resident. I really felt important, and listened to. My primary care doctor was not very concerned with the abdominal pain that I have been having, but I felt like I was taken seriously here. I look forward to working with Dr. Canale in the future.

I had originally scheduled the appointment and then had a conflict, with that date, and was able to reschedule without any problem.The wait time was not long, the staff was very professional and courteous.My husband and I have both had other colonoscopies from Doc. Canale, he is very good with his bed side manner, I trust him with the scope and with the review after. He is a great doctor!
