I got a 2nd Op. Refer. to see Dr Ruiz for RA but he wouldn't see me at all, despite the bilateral Sx I had in my Hands/Fingers/Jts/Skin & a letter I even wrote him explaining the experience of my condition, and how it was affecting my Quality of Life. He shouldn't be called 'Dr.'
