Dr. smith seems to be a very knowledgeable MD. However, feel there are issues, that can compromise patient care...with the lack of follow thru from office staff and management. Several messages left, voice mail, and spoke with desk..over the last month....still no response. Nurse left message to call,her to schedule appointment wit-nurse only- to go over "recent labs". Called her, spoke with desk, 9 hours..still no reply or appointment. Also, the "recent labs" we're many months ago. Why, all this time has gone by, and just now hearing Dr. Would like to discuss those old labs..hardly recent now. A patients health could be compromised greatly, by a Dr. . That takes months to go over lab work. And then never responds to your inquires and calls. Seems one hand does not know (or care) what the other is doing , in that office. The practice needs a total re-organization..that's if they feel patient care is a priority....that is the true question...patient left in the dark, and made to feel a "pest" when calling, leaving numerous messages, for any response that never comes. What's up with this practice? What became of "first, do no harm?" Dr. smith, if she truly cares, might want to think about getting true,caring,proactive , staff. Health is not a game, not to be taken as lightly as they seem to do.
