I had a very positive outcome with my surgery. He takes time to make sure you understand what is going on. Thanks for your time and dedication. I would highly recommend Dr Hansen to anyone.

I reported in for my appointment with a total hip replacement scared and concerned (15 minute interview and you are going to do what to me?)Dr Hansen addressed my concerns was professional, caring and comforting. Three weeks later I can say I am pleased with the out come and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Benjamin Hansen to anyone! My right hip was replaced four years ago by another doctor the experience was less than satisfactory, so I speak from a point of reference.

Doctor Hansen was amazing. He did a surgery on my daughter to fix a surgery that did nothing for her dance related knee injury. He made sure I understood everything as her parent, but adressed her and made sure she understood everything that would take place. I would highly recommend him.

went in for cortisone injection over a week ago for pain. it didn't work & i've been calling hansen's office for the last 4 business days to try for a prescription of something else. his staff said they were waiting on a fax of my diagnosis (from 2 weeks ago) from my primary doctor before he could do anything. if i just seen this man then why is he relying on someone else's notes for a diagnosis to phone in a prescription? after waiting most of a day i called my primary doc to find out this hansen guy's staff never even contacted them with a fax request. i don't think his staff is even relaying my requests. now what? guess i gotta forget the whole bad experience & try for a new doc with a competent staff that doesn't just tell ya they did something to get you off the phone. doc hansen was a good enough doc but the experience i've had with his staff is really ate up! can't believe i drove 160 roundtrip for an appt to get treated this way!
